Section 01

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the pkraah online gaming website accessible at pkraah.vip, including all subpages, features, game environments, betting interfaces, account management tools, promotional systems, and customer support channels operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has completed pkraah account registration and whose account is in active, suspended, or closed status.
• "Account" means the unique player account created upon successful registration, identified by the registered mobile number and/or email address.
• "Real Money Balance" means the PKR-denominated funds held in a Player's account that have been deposited via an approved payment method and are available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free-play funds, cashback amounts, or reward credits issued to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount that must be wagered from a Bonus Balance before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotional terms.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the pkraah Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable local law, as determined by pkraah in its sole discretion.
• "Sporting Event" means any cricket match, PSL fixture, UFC bout, football match, or other sporting competition on which pkraah offers betting markets.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of pkraah, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, governmental actions, internet infrastructure failures, and acts of war.

Section 02

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pkraah. By accessing any part of the pkraah Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: (a) completing and submitting the account registration form; (b) logging in to a previously registered account; (c) making a deposit to your pkraah account; or (d) placing any real-money or bonus wager via the Platform.

pkraah reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

Section 03

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the pkraah Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkraah strictly enforces this age restriction and will conduct verification checks. Accounts where age cannot be verified to pkraah's satisfaction will be suspended pending satisfactory documentation.
• You must be the registered account holder acting in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing pkraah from, a Prohibited Territory where online gaming is unlawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a pkraah employee or contractor in a role that creates a conflict of interest with fair platform access.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

pkraah may, at any time, request documentary proof of age, identity, address, or payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pkraah support will result in account suspension and withdrawal restriction until compliance is achieved.

Section 04

4. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on pkraah, you must register an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. You must update your account information promptly if any of it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the pkraah Platform. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — identified by name, CNIC number, device, IP address, payment method, or any other identifying factor — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, pkraah reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your login password and any OTP (one-time password) codes delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pkraah will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel.

Section 05

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

pkraah accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, 1LINK, and Bank Alfalah. All account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkraah does not impose currency conversion charges on PKR transactions.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt by pkraah's payment processing system. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification completion, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balances, and compliance with pkraah's anti-money laundering procedures. pkraah processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method in the same name as the registered pkraah account — third-party withdrawal instructions will not be accepted.

• pkraah reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds as part of its AML compliance obligations.
• Withdrawals that would result in a negative Real Money Balance are not permitted.
• pkraah may impose withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per calendar month, which are communicated in the account dashboard.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are displayed in the withdrawal interface — these are indicative estimates, not guarantees.

Section 06

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pkraah offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, free spins, PSL season promotions, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each offer's terms at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that exceed the wagering requirement threshold, as calculated per the specific offer terms, are transferable to the Real Money Balance.
• pkraah reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the original terms.
• Players who pkraah determines to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk wagering strategies designed exclusively to clear bonuses without genuine gameplay intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures — will have bonuses voided and may have accounts suspended.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to newly registered players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or payment method.

Section 07

7. Gaming Rules & Betting

All casino games available on pkraah are provided by certified third-party game suppliers whose Random Number Generators (RNG) and Return-to-Player (RTP) figures have been independently tested and certified. pkraah does not modify game outcomes. The results produced by certified game software are final.

Sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, and UFC betting, are governed by pkraah's sports betting rules, which cover settlement procedures, void bet conditions, dead heat rules, and in-play betting protocols. Key provisions include:

• Bets accepted before an event is declared void (due to cancellation, abandonment, or insufficient play) will be settled as void and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time risk management controls. pkraah reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Wagers placed after the official start time of a sporting event, where pkraah's system did not accept the bet in-play, will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed within the betting interface and may vary based on account verification level and betting history.
• Obvious pricing errors — where a market price is clearly incorrect due to a technical error — will not be honoured. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect prices will be voided and stakes returned.

pkraah reserves the right to withhold payment and conduct an investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, insider information usage, or any other form of betting integrity violation associated with a wager.

Section 08

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the pkraah Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human gameplay.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in Platform software to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error are not payable.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Laundering money or using pkraah as a conduit for any financial transaction associated with criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkraah staff or other players through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access pkraah's underlying software, systems, or databases without authorisation.

Section 09

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkraah Platform — including but not limited to the pkraah name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, marketing materials, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of pkraah or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: (a) reproducing or distributing any Platform content; (b) creating derivative works based on Platform content; (c) using pkraah's trademarks or branding in any manner not expressly authorised; or (d) framing or deep-linking to any part of the Platform without prior written consent from pkraah.

Section 10

10. Privacy & Data

pkraah collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on pkraah, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices relevant to these Terms include:

• pkraah collects identity and payment data for account verification, KYC compliance, and AML screening purposes.
• Transaction data, game history, and betting records are retained for the periods required by applicable regulatory and licensing obligations.
• pkraah may share data with third-party service providers who assist in platform operation, including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game suppliers, subject to appropriate data protection agreements.
• pkraah will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Section 11

11. Responsible Gaming

pkraah is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of problem gambling. The Platform provides a range of player protection tools accessible via the account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your pkraah account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after pre-set play durations to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon verification and are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected.

Players who have self-excluded from pkraah must not attempt to create new accounts or circumvent the exclusion by any means. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and any balances held therein may be forfeited.

Section 12

12. Account Suspension & Closure

pkraah reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where pkraah has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• The Player has provided false identity information during registration or verification.
• The Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Regulatory, licensing, or legal obligations require pkraah to restrict the account.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is closed due to confirmed Terms violations or fraudulent activity, pkraah reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., player request or dormancy), remaining Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after identity verification, subject to applicable processing times.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pkraah support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding wagers at the time of closure request will be settled according to the applicable game or sport rules.

Section 13

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkraah's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkraah expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by internet infrastructure failures, third-party service provider outages, or Force Majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account credential security.
• Errors in game outcomes or betting settlement where the error was caused by the Player's own technical environment (device, browser, internet connection).
• Any consequence of the Player accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

pkraah does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect Platform availability. pkraah will use reasonable commercial efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate scheduled downtime in advance.

Section 14

14. Amendments to These Terms

pkraah reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where the amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights or obligations — pkraah will provide advance notice of not less than 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, by publishing a notice on the Platform or by direct communication to the registered contact details of affected Players.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in pkraah's operational structure — may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at pkraah.vip/terms-conditions. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document identify the current operative version. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 15

15. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

pkraah operates a formal internal complaints process for Players who wish to dispute a decision made by the Platform. To submit a complaint:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to pkraah's support team via live chat (available 24/7 on the Platform) or by email to support@pkraah.vip. Please include your registered account details, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant transaction or game reference numbers.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: pkraah's complaints team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and will aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex disputes may require up to 14 business days to investigate fully. pkraah will keep you informed of progress during this period.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with pkraah's internal resolution, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established under pkraah's applicable gaming licence. Details of the applicable escalation route are provided on request from the support team.

pkraah's internal complaints process does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

Section 16

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkraah holds its applicable gaming licence. By using the Platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through pkraah's internal complaints process.

Nothing in this clause limits pkraah's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent Platform abuse.
